Trauma often sets the stage for growth. We can’t avoid painful experiences. We can learn how to function at a higher level. We can let go of guilt and the belief that something is fundamentally wrong with us by understanding the basics of human responses to trauma. The Living Inquiries provide a safe container to be present with trauma stored in our bodies, to directly experience and know for ourselves that even intense and painful sensation is not here to hurt us. Through this we are able to release beliefs and energy.
