Living Inquiries Facilitators Offer Sessions to Support You During These Times

A number of our Living Inquiries Facilitators have come together wanting to make a difference.

Would you like some one-on-one support to soothe your frayed nerves, but financial challenges are standing in the way?

It can be helpful to be guided by a skilled facilitator to explore and question the response of fear, anxiety, and other emotions that naturally arise under these conditions.

At this ongoing time of challenge and change, some Living Inquiries facilitators are offering 1-on-1, 45-minute sessions, on a from-the-heart donation basis.

During these sessions, your facilitator can:

  • guide you through a restful meditation that brings you back to the here and now
  • facilitate an inquiry session, holding your hand as you explore difficult thoughts and feelings
  • teach you simple, mindfulness-based tools to help you settle your nervous system on your own

You can sign up for these sessions by clicking the “View Availability” button below your preferred facilitator and following the prompts.

Sessions will be offered via Zoom. After booking your session, you will receive a confirmation email with the name of your facilitator and a Zoom link. At the time of your session, click the link in your confirmation email to attend. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please follow the links in your confirmation email to do so.

For those with the means to give, our suggested donation is $30. However, any offering is greatly appreciated, and those who cannot afford to give are still encouraged to book a session. No one will be turned away. To donate, click the yellow button below. (Note: donations will be distributed among all participating LI facilitators.)

We are here for you, ready to be of service. We are all in this together.

If you feel called to do so, please click the button below to donate.
