Group Facilitations

Every Thursday and Monday.

Welcome to the Living Inquiries in a group setting.

Thought comes up as words and/or pictures. Some thoughts feel neutral. Others have a positive or negative charge felt as energy or sensation in our body. Some types of thoughts have such power we can’t focus on anything else. The Living Inquiries help us to rest and explore beyond the confines of mind. Through simple questions we dissolve the knots of words, images and feelings that give rise to suffering.

This facilitated process contains all the steps of a private Living Inquiries session. You’ll be facilitated through your own private inquiry silently, alongside others. Always room for sharing before and after, never a requirement to say anything out loud.

The group sessions provide a regular space for rest, inquiry and deepening with others at a low cost. We explore our beliefs about ourselves and the world. Drop in whenever it suits you, or join us weekly for support. Any level of experience with the Living Inquiries (LIs) is welcome (none to lots). If you’re new to the LIs, let me know in advance and we’ll go through the basics.

Sign up by transferring $10 via Paypal to hayland4@gmail.com (free for facilitators).
Recordings available by request for $5.

.“Group inquiry with Mari is such a trip. I never know what unexpected place it will take me to. I always leave the sessions relieved or amazed or both.” Joy Brehaut, U.S.

“Mari’s presence is sweetly hypnotic, inviting us into a space of deep relaxation and rest.” D.C., U.K.
